I have tried to root my Toon2.
- Recovery to 4.9 firmware.
- Root-A-Toon-USB-Stick
but it always seems to fail.
I then updated the firmware to 6.3.91
With this firmware installed i can run Root-A-Toon-USB-Stick and it works flawlessly and repeatedly.
However, due to missing resource files there is no Toonstore.
FIXING: Downloading resources.rcc TSC mod for this version 6.3.91.
[ERROR] Could not download a resources.rcc file for this version! Continuing, but your custom apps probably dont work anymore
I tried the whole recovery to 4.9 process a couple of times but for some reason it just does not pick up.
I am now on 6.3.91 with root access, all seems to work well but of course no toonstore.
I can login via SSH but running the upate-rooted.sh -F on the toon gives the same resource file error. Which makes sens as the version is not in the list.

EDITING: Disable add google DNS on top of resolv.conf
EDITING: disable ovpn connection to quby
EDITING: Activating Toon, enabling ElectricityDisplay and GasDisplay
EDITING: removing data gathering by Quby and whitelisting web services
EDITING: add disable power management wifi on Toon2
EDITING: add autobrightness feature on Toon2
EDITING: disabling Eneco subscription feature apps which are not working on rooted toons
EDITING: disabling KPI and weather happ as these are not necessary on rooted toons
EDITING: download certificate store pem file
EDITING: lighttpd so tsc/sensors is viewable via a browser

Is there a way to install the toonstore manually?
Is there a way to downgrade to a supported firmware version?
Or is the only way to keep on trying with the 4.9 firmware?
